Adult date night
My husband and I stayed 1 night here. Check in was quick, however during check-in another woman staying in the hotel walked right up to the counter and started to complain about her room while we were signing our paperwork. Would have liked the staff to have told her to wait on the side until we were done. Staff did offer to help with any dinner reservations and told us the hours of the coffee & ice cream stores in the hotel. No king bed was available and we had to take two queen beds. The bed was a soft pillow top with four pillows, down comforter and nice sheets. We had the option of a room with a three headed shower or jet bathtub. We choose the bathtub which was nice, however a little dangerous since the tub was so deep and slippery. We stayed on the fourth floor , a room with no view. We enjoyed the atmosphere and would stay again.

Girl's trip
Hotel was in great location. Staff great and luv the music. We felt very safe. Hotel room was clean and comfortable BUT unable to cool room and water pressure in shower was terrible. It was hard to remove shampoo for hair or even get soap off body. Sunday morning there was no hot water. This is a big deal... I mean no water pressure.. We stay on 3rd floor and friends were on 8th floor and they had same problem. Hard rock needs to address this .

When arrived around 7:30pm( 3 hours after the reservation), reservation was still not in their system and we had to wait for them to figure out the reservation.

Beats overcrowding!
Stayed one night to avoid overcrowding when extra people came in to town. Clean, beautiful room. 3 head shower was nice, though 3rd head didn't work really well. Friendly staff and great choice in restaurants, since there are 3 in the hotel. We didn't gamble but there is a casino and on our next visit we will try our luck there. Great choice.
