Excellent, but the pool security and staff are SUPER rude
Everything was perfect, but we went to the detox party, and we had a blow up doll (with no parts showing). Everyone at the party loved him! We are even on the Detox pictures page, but with 15 minutes left the security yelled, "GET RID OF THAT," and my friend said, "Ok, can we deflate him?" and he said, "GET THE [insert foul language here] OUT NOW OR I AM CALLING THE POLICE." So very angry we went to the front desk and told them, so we got escorted back in, and the security guard was still rude, but the other guy saw so we got free buffets. Then the next day the pool manager told security we are underage (which we are not) and we heard her talking bad about how rude it was to be underage drinking. The pool staff was unprofessional and rude, but everything else was wonderful.

Hopeless romantic
Romantic getaway
This hotel is a really great place, clean, great workers and yes there is an iron and dresser in the home . We just loved the shower and the room all together . Would most definitely stay here again .

Family getaway
The hotel is nice. We stayed there because we went to the Slash and Myles Kennedy concert. With the hotel being upstairs it was a great convenience. The room was nice but to me not worth the extra money. The only reason I give it four stars is because of the comfort of the beds. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever seen at a hotel. I do not like the sliding shower door thing for a bathroom door. The only refrigerator the room has is full of VERY expensive drinks so there is no room for your own. I think next time for a third of the price we will stay elsewhere.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock. The staff was nice, the room was beautiful and we had an unexpected view of the water. We enjoyed the buffet, especially the seafood. We will definitely return

Hard Rock Hotel
Hotel was very clean and our stay was nice, but for that price I would have thought that they could have an indoor pool as well. Also, I love room service but I don't like the fact that you order food and drinks and then don't have a fridge or a microwave to keep them cold or to reheat if you are not a big eater. It is just rediculous to me to have so many food choices and restraunts within one building but have no way to keep the food.

In Hotel
No attractions during the week, almost all food is a little pricey, no dancing upstairs during the week either. Basically, don't go during the week if you want to do more than just gamble!

My husband and I went to the Hard Rock for a little get away and it turned out to be the best place we have ever stayed at. We loved the atmosphere, the staff was so polite,and the room was beautifull. We are already saving to go back.
