Grand resort on Mississippi Gulf Coast
This centrally located resort, part of the Harrahs/Caesars group of casino hotels, features exciting gaming, fine dining, a championship Jack Nicklaus golf course, and the full-service, 16,000-square-foot Bellissimo spa and salon. Double Charged
This room was pre-paid for in full and then upon check in the guest was charged again. Luckily I realized this before the guest left the area and they went back and go a cash refund. The hotel's excuse was that a new clerk handled he transaction and did not realize it was already paid for. This just does not sound right and seemed to be a gimmick of double charging.

Perfect 30th Anniversery
We booked our room at the Grand for our 30th Wedding anniversary. The room was great , the room was really comfortable. We have spent past anniversary's in Las Vegas and Laughlin Nv but the room at Grand was better than any we stayed at in either place. The only small problem was the hair dryer didn't work but was replace within 5 minutes after calling housekeeping. I would definitely recommend the The Grand!!!

Overnight getaway
Our stay was without problems. Room was nice, smoke-free but 'smelled' from a very strong cleaning solution. Check-in/out was quick and easy. At the value rate we got, we would stay there again!

Cheap comfort
The price was so low that I was hesitant to book afraid that we might be in a "broom closet" or other inferior accommodation. The room was wonderful and even overlooked the water. My only problem was operating the a/c. This was my first booking from a traveler app and this stay definitely exceeded my expectations

Great room for the money!
Used this casino for a last minute get away and got a very nice room for a very good price . Nice place to stay if you are looking for a deal.
