Grand resort on Mississippi Gulf Coast

Weekend Getaway
Upon arrival I was about to unpack the suitcase and I opened a drawer and there were mouse droppings in it. Management and house keeping took care of the problem. There was a hole in the sheet. The window was filthy inside and out. The carpet was filthy it turned the bottom of my feet black. These things you just don't expect out of a 4 star hotel. I will never stay there again.

The Grand isn't so grand
If you are going to the coast to gamble, this may be the perfect spot for you. We were disappointed in the lobby and food choices available outside of the casino. Smoking is allowed all over the lobby and at the valet stand which is not an open outdoor space (in parking garage). Lobby is VERY small and not pretty. No comfy places to hang out or sit and wait for your party. However, my room was very nice and clean (and non-smoking) and I had a good view of the Gulf. I didn't use the pool but it looked great.

You get what you pay for
Getting the cheapest room at a casino in biloxi will get you what you should expect. A small casino, poor selection of restaurants and a staff that doesn't appear to want to be there either. Spend your money somewhere else. The other casinos will at least appreciate your choice.

Wonderful Stay
The hotel location was perfect, the staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Could not have asked for more. I will stay there again.

Chasing Food
A Long Drive For Lunch
Did not check in till 11pm on Sunday night. Hotel had over booked and did not hesitate to upgrade us to a suit! (of course no extra charge) The hotel was wonderful and looked great. The room was AWESOME! My girlfriend and I loved the Jacuzzi tub and huge stand up shower. The room was more than plenty for just my girlfriend and I. The room also had a great view over looking the pool and straight out into the beautiful gulf. Would be more than happy and willing to stay there again as well as recommend to others. There is also a casino which we did not even partake in and still had a good time.

food cost way too high seen its better days dust on lamp shade sure not worth 129.00 per night but you can find lower if you look hard enough.

GOOD GETAWAY
The room and hotel was very nice. I would suggest that even though it's a Sunday, there should be some sort of activity to do besides gamble.
