It was HORRIBLE
we checked in and the room was dirty, caked up soap in the soap dish............we had spiders in our bed that night and the NEXT morning I went to make coffee and there was A moldy coffee bag in the coffee maker................I tried to speak to the MANAGER but was passed off to housekeeping...we were given two COMP> breakfasts...while at breakfast I asked my Fiance' to get me some bread and the bread brought back to the table was covered in MOLD...........I haven't had A VACATION in three years........... and I CRIED the ENTIRE weekend.........I was DISGUSTED.. The paint in the bathrrom was peeling and the tile was mildewed..........Ron Chauvin & Faye McCartney

Great room for a fantastic price!
We had a king non-smoking room which was perfect in every way. We stayed on a Thursday night and our price was $35.05 with tax included!!! Our room was very clean, our bed extremely comfortable and the decor was nicely done and up to date. The amenities (hairdryer, coffee, shampoo, etc) was all I expected. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Also, we ate breakfast at the buffet and it, too, was excellent and the price was good, too. With a player's card (which is free) our price was $7.95 each. There was a large selection and one could have an omelet made as ordered.

What a fantastic deal!!!
Our room was well appointed with stylish/modern furnishings and was perfectly clean. There were all the amenities that one could need .... hairdryer, shampoo, lotion, etc and a very comfortable bed and pillows. The staff at the resort/casino/hotel were all very nice and helpful. There was valet parking. The only thing we paid extra for was the internet which cost $12 for a 24 hr. period. Our bill for this lovely room was $35.05 tax included! Also, we thought the breakfast and lunch buffets were very, very good and were reasonably priced. We had eaten dinner the night before at a buffet at another casino and it cost more than twice as much and the food tasted terrible!

We ate breakfast 6 minutes before they changed over to serving lunch so we had a bit of both buffets. They were both excellent food.

Disappointed!
WI-FY not work, called for help, none given. Told no charge, at checkout was a charge. Did take charge off bill, but was very rude. Should be charge per room, not per device in room. TV did not work well, picture sucked. Hotel/ casino outdated compared to others we visited. Lobby stinks like smoke, should not smell smoke until in casino. No hot water at 2:00 am. Would not stay again. "Hard Rock Casino" our next stay.

Horrible excuse for a casino
This is not the old grand casino. It is only a tiny casino with limited tables. The water was cold. A/c was not cold at all! Horrible trip!
