Grand resort on Mississippi Gulf Coast
This centrally located resort, part of the Harrahs/Caesars group of casino hotels, features exciting gaming, fine dining, a championship Jack Nicklaus golf course, and the full-service, 16,000-square-foot Bellissimo spa and salon. Great couple getaway
Loved the big comfortable beds and cleanliness of the whole hotel. There is a great bar area in the lobby that is wonderful for hanging out! I'll be going back soon.

Pleasant and good location
Hotel staff friendly and helpful, housekeepers went out of their way to provide service, staff gave good directions. Parking was convinent with handicap parking.

There is almost no way to get from the airport to the hotel shy of hiring a taxi. Taxi ride was considered very expensive. Hotel personnel were no help and appeared not to care whether we had to walk.

Grand Biloxie vacation
Room was clean. Lobby was a disapointment. Nothing pretty. Breakfast was served too late (7:30) We would stay at a diffferent hotel if we returned.

The walls are really thin. We were woke up around midnight everynight with the party crowd coming to their rooms. The beds were not that comfortable and the pillows were like bricks. Because of the location it was not that bad of a deal. It truly is just a place to lay your head nothing special.

The hotel was good, but ...
The front desk staff was wonderful and couldn't have been better ... we dealt with them three times. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and quiet. The food in the main dining room was blah at the best ... severely overpriced. The server was not rude, but surly ... with almost a drill sergeant tone to her voice. The lobby bar has a list of beverages available and I ordered the first on the list ... only to be told they didn't carry that brand in winter! This is a large enough chain to be able to afford seasonal menus!

Stay at one of the two facilities closest to this one ... one to the east and right by the bridge and the other to the west and on the beach side just beyond the big guitar.
