Great Time in Biloxi

We had a great time. Cleaning staff or other guests slammed doors all morning which was very noisy. Other than the noise, we were very happy.

Elderly Everywhere

It wasn't a bad stay, but for 2 20-somethings it was a little weird being surrounded by bus loads of older guests....literally bus loads. Also there aren't very many places to eat within walking distance, but it's only a short drive over a giant bridge to find civilization. Felt safe, nice staff, etc. Great if you're retired. Spa was closed the 2 days we were there...which was what I was looking forward to the most. In Missouri the gambling age is 18....21 in Mississippi if you're wondering.

The good, the bad and the not so good

The location was great, price was excellent, room decor was so,so however very noisey, doors slamming carts rolling, sounded like construction was taking place. Staff was very nice

Relaxing Trip

There is still a lot of construction going on but it was a very relaxing trip. It was not warm enough to swim but the temperature was great as I had a very good time.

I would not recommend

The front desk staff clerk that check us in named [...] was very stand-offish and non-welcoming. She never smiled or greeted us and we felt very uncomfortable. She didn't use words like "how are you, thank you, enjoy your stay." The valet was also rude when we pulled up, he just waved his hand at us to stop and then when we got out the car to give him a tip, she just said "don't worry about it, we can just wait until we check out." The staff at the resturant was friendly and curtious. In addtion, the cleaning staffed knocked on our door 3 times before checkout, which began to be quite aggrivating. Overall, I will never go back and I never felt so unwelcomed at a hotel in my life.
