Four bars and lounges fuel the resort's lively nightlife. No problems encountered with reservations
We had no problem checking in. All of our requests were honored and given our no smoking preference, we were given the last non smoking room on the gulf side and with two queen beds. Very satisfied with the reservation process.

Almost perfect
I really enjoyed my stay at Beau Rivage. There was just one thing missing, the rooms have no Wi-Fi, just the standard Ethernet plug in. The staff was very nice and the room service was awesome. Please get Wi-Fi in the rooms. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay
Upon check-in, I asked for and was given an upgrade (for $50) more to a suite. That was some of the best money I've spent. The 27th floor offered a magnificent view of the city. To top it off, the suite offered a whirpool tub!!

Golf time before New Orleans party weekend.
The beds left me with a sore back every morning. No in room wireless access. If you like to party the Thursday night party at The Coast is off the chain! Great golf nearby, Oak Landing(the course affiliated with the hotel) costs as much as three greens fees at some good nearby courses.

Great value / everything worked out.
Special trip with the wife on her B-day. Once the staff learned of this, the extras just kept on coming. King size bed, room next to the elevator, gift coupons - we'll be back.

Nursing Conference
When I arrived I was told I only had 1 night reservation when I had made it for 2 nights. Would not let me reserve the room for another night at the time of registration. Made a big deal out of it and finally when I got the room got another night it was twice what I paid through orbitz. Disappointed.

The Beau
We just wanted a quick and nice little getaway for a night and that's what we got. The casino is nice and we spent a lot of time shopping and browsing in the stores. Also, lots of restaurants to chose from as well. The pool and spa area was beautiful and I wish it would have stayed open later than 8 (I think the pool shut down at 8...) Everything else was wonderful. The room was nice and the pillows were great!
