Worst Hotel Experience EVER
Upon late arrival at this hotel I was given a room and when I got to the room it was on the 1st floor next to the "gym". It turned out to be a room for the disabled with no bath.This hotel was barely occupied since it was Thanksgiving eve, there were just several cars in the parking lot.I went back to the front desk asked if there were any other rooms available as this did not have a tub, was next to the gym and was on the first floor.[...]She gave me a room on the second floor... great until I got to it... another handicap room! I was there for the holidays to visit my son who is training at Fort Leonard Wood, that was all I cared about so I did not fight the room any further.Two more highlights of my stay there? I was there for 3 nights and housekeeping NEVER came to my room, that is correct... no service whatsoever!Additionally when I checked out I mentioned that to the same girl that checked me in and she had NO explanation, comment or appology for this.When I asked for my bill I asked to be sure that my Hilton Honors points were applied. She said they sure were. Got to the airort and realized she didn't even give me the correct invoice... it was for someone else in another room.I will NEVER EVER go back to this place and will NEVER EVER recomend anyone else to stay.If the Hilton Hampton folks would like to contact for further feedback I will certainly give them an earful.... Most comfortable bed
This has to be one of the most comfortable hotel rooms i've ever stayed in. When I first walked into my room it felt very comfortabe. I did not have that I'm sleeping in a hotel feeling. The staff were very helpful, accomadateing, and pleasant. I would reccomend this hotel.
