Great room. Great location.
We had a great room. Awesome view overlooking Busch Stadium and the Arch. Only complaint was no continental breakfast. Breakfast menu that is offered was quite over priced.

Good Experience
The hotel Westin was very nice, very clean. The front desk staff was very polite as well as the kitchen staff. The food at the hotel's restaurant was very good!! Unfortunately there was no continental breakfast, and having to pay for breakfast was somewhat expensive. ( apprx. $20 for eggs, sausage, homefries, juice and coffee p/p) Also, there were no microwaves or refridgerators in the rooms, (there were minibars) which was a draw back. The bathrooms were spacious, very clean and luxurios! There were bathtubs which was a plus! Overall a pleasant experience!! Lots of great steak houses in the area! A real plus! I recommend Mike Shannon's and Carmine's!!

Dirty and Poor Service
Our room was dirty (stains on chairs and ottoman and bath tub was scummy) and the customer service was poor. We were given the wrong information about the cost of overnight parking and valet parking and when we brought this up to the front desk they were very rude.

The bar set up on Washington Ave is cool. Plenty of outside seating on a nice night and you can get to go cups.

a hidden gem
When my friend and i booked a room at the westin in saint louis last minute to stay at after a concert, we were not expecting te fabulous room that we ended up in. From the outside the westin looks like another old warehouse, but the inside is elegant, peaceful, and quiet. The perfect place for a relaxibg weekend full of peace and quiet, and a massage.
