Sheraton Westport Plaza Hotel St. Louis

Nice rooms, close to many restaruants and coffee shops as well as major highways and roads. Staff was very helpful and nice. Took time before I could check in but overall wonderful experience.

The Sheraton in Westport is a great place to stay if planning a night out in Westport Plaza. The hotel has a high-end feel with very reasonable prices. We also went with the club level room which was great for evening appetizers and full breakfast in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay!

I got a great last-minute deal on a nice room in this hotel. The room was very clean and furnished comfortably. The pool was very small and the business center was not at full working capacity, but otherwise everything was great. One staff member was officious but cold; another went out of her way to help. Location was pretty good. There is a decent collection of restaurants adjacent to the hotel, and the airport is only 5 minutes away. Recommended, particularly if you get a good price.

I had a reservation, and tried to cancel it ahead of time, only to be told they didn't have a reservation for me. Well guess what? a week later they charged my account for a missed reservation, and my bank account got very messed up. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for the Sheraton to fix this mess.

Great breakfast choice. Great facilities. Very friendly and accomodating staff. A regular shuttle bus though to Downtown would go a long way to compensate for its poor location.

I loved the room and the bed was so big and comfortable. The hotel was clean and the decor was ok. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not have a car but was still able to do some sight seeing, the staff directed me to the Metro Link which took me to the Arch, Union Station and Lacades Landing. Riding the Metro Link I was able to see the Stadium also.

Be very careful when booking online. The company owns both the Westport Plaza and the Chalet. While the Plaza is way better that the Chalet they tend to put you into the Chalet if they are busy that period of time...and there is nothing you can do about it because you did not book directly with them...

The hotel is nice and well-located, but the breakfast isn't worth what they charge. You can get a much better (and cheaper) breakfast from St. Louis Bread Company right around the corner.

The parking is the most inconvenient aspect of the hotel. Parking is available outside each hallway to the rooms, but parking slots are not marked with a range of hallways or room numbers. There is no way to tell, especially in the dark, if you are pulling into one close to your room assignment first time out. The lot is not well lighted, as mentioned; sometimes one has to park quite some distance away. While there, the weather chaned to cold with wet snow. I was forced to park a long way from my room, and on the next day--checkout--it was inconvenient to get my bags to the car. There are several restaurants in the plaza, but they close early on weeknights. The hotel restaurant closes at 11:00 PM. If you arrive late, you're out of luck. There is nothing nearby. Not even the MsDonald's is open.

Great Hotel situated 1/2 hour from St Louis but Westport Plaza has a lot of great restaurants and shops. Very convenient and cute area. The hotel was very clean and even had Starbucks Coffee inside your room. I would highly recommend this hotel.
