Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel St. Louis

We were not at this hotel for very long as it was at the end of our trip, but we were unexpectedly surprised to find such a clean, comfortable, and accommodating hotel at the end of our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Was a good hotel stay no problems. Had the convience of getting to and from the wedding hall no problems

We couldn't have been more pleased. The lake-view room was well furnished and clean with a very comfortable King bed. The staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the hotel itself and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. In addition,the Westport location offers a variety of great dining and entertainmnet options within a few hundred yards of one's room.

To pick up furniture, and go to the Art Museum. Made a reservation for the Drury Inn at the Airport, but it was closed because of the tornado.

Enjoyed the comedy club & restaraunts.

We stay there for 3 night weekend and it was horrible experience. From the minute we check in we were drop dead tired, but the room was paper-thin walls that it took me a while to fall asleep. Our room locate on the lobby and the pool is a level below and pretty far out. However, i could still here the kids play like they were in my room. We never make complain because we were out most of the time. But I figure we'll sleep in til an hour before we check out but the cleaning crews woke us up at 9 with the door slamming into the medal bar every five minutes. I literally wanted to scream! If u want a good9 of sleep go else where. (I could literally hear my neightbor brushing their teeth.) I didn't have them made my bed anyday, so we slept in the second bed the last day and the sheets smell weird so we went back to the other bed. FYI close both curtains, the white curtain will be see thru at night. My bf saw me butt naked while he was outside.

I reserved a lake view room, and initially was given a room with a parking lot view. I requested that my room be changed to lake view and was moved to the lake side of the hotel, but could only see the lake through a tree. There were also issues with hot water and temperature fluctuations in the shower. "Routine maintenance" was scheduled 10am-12pm on a Thursday which completely shut off all water during this time. We also needed the facilities staff to fix a pipe vibration in the ceiling above our door. Other than these issues, the room was spotless, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Most everything was great!

Overall, the hotel was very good and the location was ideal for my business meetings. Also, the restaurants located next to the hotel were convenient and good quality.

I didn't get the room I had booked online, there were mosqitos all over the balcony and room, the bathroom was a little unclean, but o.k., the thermastat would not allow me to turn on the heat, and there were very few channels to watch, and check in was great, but the other staff didn't seem to friendly! The bed was sooooo wonderful, the room decor was amazing, great lakeview, and there are plenty of places to go in Westport.
