Sheraton Downtown St.Louis

We had a one night stay at this hotel for a festival downtown. The employees were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was much larger than I expected given my previous stays at other hotels throughout the states. The bedding was more comfortable than ours at home. I would recommend staying at this hotel to anyone.

Ideal Location

We stayed here on a weekend trip. We were able to walk to the baseball game, to dinner and to Arch Park. We requested an early check in the staff was over the top with the follow up for our early check in. A clean room and great service.

Good weekend stay

I booked this hotel for a Fri-Sun stay for my parents. They loved the room and the hotel, they were near the highway and metro station, but their room was very quiet to the outside. The only complaint that they had was that on saturday night the parking garage filled up, and they had no where to park. The valet parking people were somewhat rude to them and told them they would have to wait for someone to leave, or park in a handicap space.

Our stay at the Sharaton was absolutely fantastic! The staff was outstanding and the hotel was very clean and in a great location. The only drawback was the internet access that I paid $11 for, only to have it cut out on me every 20 minutes. Although they were unable to resolve the issue, they gave it to us for free throughout our stay and made it right. They took good care of us and we left having had a delightful experience across the board.

Pappy's smokehouse is a must try in St. Louis. Very affordable and the best BBQ we've ever had. Call ahead and get takeout. It takes about 15 minutes and you won't have to wait in line to be seated.

Would stay again, good value for the price

Overall not a bad hotel for 1 or 2 night stay. Very close to public transportation and all the sports complexes. There was a very loud young adult crowd in the lobby when i arrived and they stayed the entire weekend; I believe it was some type of club. It just wasn't a very good first expression upon my arrival. The parking was a little challenging as the options were a little limited just due to the number of guest, but it was easy to get in and out.

Caught the Friday's a short drive or walk depending on your preference. The service was a sight slow, but this has been my experience anytime I've eaten here.

Better than expected.

I got an incredible room for $80. It was much bigger than expected. Plenty of room, double sink, nothing was missing. Great location for where we were going while in town. Staff was also very nice and helped with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Passing through

Sheraton Hotel in the STL is one of my favorite places to stay. My only complaint Is that you have to pay to use the "business center".
