Eh, had better

From the ancient tube tv to the blood on the toilet, I would say this was way over priced for the quality, or lack thereof, we experienced. Hotel is gorgeous inside but the rooms are not what you would expect. Valet takes over 30 minutes to retrieve car. Not happy

Great hotel! Great wedding venue!

I came down to St. Louis for the first time for a wedding. This hotel is conveniently located in the city, and is huge! The rooms are just right (size, quality, cleanliness) for a weekend getaway and I definitely got some good sleep after the wedding! There's a bar downstairs, and the kitchen still serves later in the evening. I definitely recommend the lobster quesadilla :-). As this was my first trip to STL, I don't have much of a basis to compare hotels, but I do think this is a great spot.

Nightlife tip: Not Applicable

Make sure you've got a car or taxi for wherever you may need to go. I actually took a bus to STL from Chicago and walked a mile at night, I'm sure there are better alternatives.

Trip to game

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable, they were out of king rooms but still comfortable. The only issue was I thought parking was included but it was an extra $18. Not to high just was unaware

brief family stay

The hotel was well maintained and comfortable. But the restaurant was closed the whole time and we had to eat at the bar which was not conducive to family meals.

Loved it!

A good hotel for couples or families! We enjoyed our stay. Great food in the area - close to everything you need. A must is a trip to top of the arch- we would go back in a heart beat.

Great Overall Experience

My Girlfriend and I decided to go to St. Louis for a long weekend and tour the area. The hotel staff was great making sure we got settled in and even gave suggestions of things to do and see. The wait staff at the breakfast in the morning went above and beyond to make sure that we had what we wanted and the food was prepared well. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a very nice hotel to stay at in downtown St. Louis.

Great place, and spectacular location!

All of our activities took place within 7 miles of this hotel. Great staff! Bar is a bit pricey, but other than that it was great!

Anniversary

When we checked in the desk attendant asked us if we were staying for any special occasion. When we said it was our anniversary she checked for any possible upgrades. There was at least one available, so she complimentarily upgraded us to a suite. She was very helpful and we would be happy to book a future stay. Overall our stay was an A++
