Dingy
Dingy and worn out. Difficult parking, slow and rude check in, no modern hotel amenities. State of the art -1973. I ordered room service which never came. The restaurant food was mediocre and in the morning the coffe bar had one employee with 15 people in line. I would not stay here again. And that online picture is very artistic and misleading. The AC didn't work well, the rooms weren't cleaned well.

If you like sharing your stay with drunks this is the place for you!
Hotel is in need of serious overhaul. The only thing that is positive about this place is the location, but other hotels are close by. My stay was punctuated by a dingy room, intoxicated neighbors, constant noise from the halls and nearby highway, and less than stellar customer service.

Great location, ok service
The hotel is right by the stadium, and just a short walk to the arch. There are nice restaurants nearby, many things in walking distance. Parking is $18.00 per day--we thought it was included but it's not. The hotel was nice, but for the price I was expecting a little more. The staff was a little flaky, the concierge service wasn't available the entire weekend. But, overall it was a good experience.

Alright but nothing special
I will start with the good. The hotel is right off the main highway. Everything we needed was within walking distance but we did take a few cabs and the bellman was eager to assist. The hotels courtesy shuttle was also available and we used it. The attached restaurant was good. We had both a breakfast and dinner buffet around $14 a person. And for the bad. There was no remote for the tv which wasnt a big deal but I tried calling the front desk and the operator multiple times and got no answer from either. Our door had to be pulled shut hard when leaving the room and both nights we returned after housekeeping had cleaned it and our door was still cracked!! There was a wet spot in the carpet in the hallway the whole weekend. Wet enough you could hear the squish as you crossed it. I am not sure what that was about but weird. And lastly, A few doors down there was a half eaten tray of food laying in the hallway. We noticed it when we returned that night about 7pm. It was still there when we left about 10 the next morning... All in all, a good stay. Just some minor discrepancies.

Better Than Expected
I must say I was a little hesitant about booking this hotel after reading some previous reviews, but our stay was wonderful. Our only negative was finding parking. The lot across the street said "hotel parking full" (which wasn't necessarily the Millenium's fault). Check-in was quick and staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean (although I did see a few long hairs in the bathroom on the floor). We had an enjoyable overnight stay with a complimentary breakfast downstairs in the morning. Overall, we were very happy with everything!

Thumbs up for the Millennium
I was given an up grade at check in, which included a more expensive room and free breakfast at no extra charge. The room and the view were both great. All staff were friendly and helpful. I'll be staying there in the future.

Horrible Hotel
The parking is ridiculous. The floors from the lobby including our room were dirty. The beds were dirty. You better bring anything you might want or need, because it isn't available after dinner. Everything from the room to the bar is over-priced and less than sufficient. I don't know how they keep clientele or stay in business.
