LA QUINTA MARYLAND HEIGHTS
Stayed here several times before. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good and nearby restaurants, etc. are an easy 2 or 3 block walk. Only comment was that the carpeting in the room was badly in need of cleaning.

Too over priced!
Upon arriving to the hotel around 5pm the outside trashcan right near the front door was completely full. Upon entering my room I discovered the low heat option was blowing out cold air, the bathtub was dirty, and the toilet had not been cleaned very well from the previous stay.

Quick trip
We have stayed at this hotel before. This time we had a king size bed and it was very comfortable. The room was clean, the staff were very personable and the continental breakfast was more than a doughnut and coffee. We will stay here again when we visit the area again.

Dirty carpets. Room doors looked like they had been broken into. Mold around bathtubs.

La Quinta Maryland Heights
Been here multiple times. Good location. Lots of stores, fast food, etc. within a block or two. The room I was in this time needed carpet cleaning. Otherwise OK and a good deal for the price.

Great location
It was a little hard to find the place as we missed the turn and had to drive around. It's right by the highway though so it was easy to get into downtown St. Louis. There's late night fast food nearby too just in case.

Wished I'd chosen different place...
First up on arriving, my king, smoking room was not available, but I could have either a king, non-smoking, or double smoking. Second downer was the elevator was not working, and had to walk a maze to find one for third floor room. Third, Wifi, didn't exist at all during the stay. Upon calling front desk I was provided a number to the helpdesk, which never was answered. The water was neither cold or hot, just luke warm. In order to flush the toilet, you had to hold the handle down. The room itself was comfortable, as far as beds, air and cleanliness. Just wish I would have been made to feel they were happy to have had me choose La Quinta, but sure didn't get that feeling from the service staff, or the lack of negatives I encountered, and the price paid for the room
