Very quiet! Comfortable bed!
I stayed at Lumiere hotel because I had a doctors appointment in St. Louis and I'm from out of town. It was so nice! I was nervous because of my doctors appointment but the Hotel had a nice calming affect! The casino was fun and exciting if you want to go there. We Had dinner at Hubert Keller Burger Bar restaurant which is located inside the hotel casino! Really a nice time!

Perfect location
My experience at this hotel was just alright. The location could not get any better. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and very close to the Arch. However, the smokiness of the hotel was not appealing. And it's strange that the Four seasons hotel is more attached to the casino then the actual hotel that the casino is named after. It was very expensive for an alright experience.

St. Louis Stay
Very nice hotel! Great stay with 2 rooms and plenty of space. Lots of storage for clothing with large closet and many drawers. Very good location near casino and LaClede's Landing. Only suggestion is more lighting in bathroom. But who spends a lot of time in there!

Very nice room
Nice room, comfy bed, good service, and great to have a few restaurants to choose from in the casino. The only minor complaint is not to have a power point near the bed.

Fantastic LAST minute booking!
Booked a last minute date night and absolutely LOVED my stay! The staff were very kind and even provided me with complimentary valet parking! The rooms were extremely spacious, not too modern, but still lovely for the price! I'll stay here again for sure.

Solid Hotel in Great Location
The hotel is right next to Laclede's Landing so it's great if you are out of town and visiting sports events because there are lots of bars right next to the hotel. It is also a short walking distance to the Metrolink which is easy access to Busch Stadium, Scottrade Center, and the Stadium as well as Lambert Airport. The rooms are spacious, very similar to Embassy Suites, and are clean. Came with free Wi-Fi. The staff is courteous and overall it is a good place to stay and it is separated from the casino just in case you have kids.

Great Hotel for your money
My experience was awesome. We are located right in the heart of downtown and only minutes away from the arch. There is a sky walk that takes you to the casino and there are about 4 restaurants in the casino alone. The casino has little shops in it as well. Also right outside of the hotel they have st. louis fun tours that is about 1 1/2 hours long. I suggest you take this tour when you first get in town that way you know where to go during the rest of your trip. Also the hotel is right off all the highways. :)

Disappointment, Disappointment, DISAPPOINTMENT!
The front desk staff seemed to have little/no personality or desire to make our stay a favorable one. We got checked in and headed to the suite to find that it was not furnished with a King size bed as expected. When I called to inquire as to the reasoning our reservation did not match, the desk clerk informed me he did not know and that I would have to call back down to the desk in the morning. He did not offer to inform the supervisor or manager or to get things straightened out in the morning. We decided against taking the effort since this was our honeymoon and we did not want to spend our weekend focused on all the negative. The room also lacked a spacious bathtub/shower! There were stains on the carpet in the living room area. The suite adjoined another room by a wooden door and we heard everything they were watching/saying through most of the night. The suite lacked a luxurious feeling, unless the mini bar, iron, ironing board and personal coffee maker count toward luxury. The beds were small, more like a double bed. To top all of it off, we alerted the front desk clerk to our disappointment as we were checking out and the response we got was enough to keep us from returning. "Those are not the reservations that were sent to us from the booking agent." I offered to show the clerk my confirmation email that displayed the exact accommodations 2 Room King Suite, she declined viewing the email and commented that they book the rooms according to the reservations sent through the booking agent and that was not what they had received. There was no changing her mind and told me that my email wouldn't change anything. I was one of 3 checking out at the desk and was not the only guest complaining. I was shocked to hear the list of complaints among the other guests, especially after the rave reviews among some of my friends that travel in St. Louis often.
