Good Room for the Price
The bed was very comfortable. The room was very spacious considering it had a bed, living area, and a kitchenette. The staff was very efficient and effective. The pool was a welcome addition. Very easy access to grocery store and restaurants and the interstate. Breakfast was sparce but then again you have a kitchenette.

Disappointed friend
Disappointing
My friend and I hadn't seen each other in 2yrs so we decided to meet in St. Louis as it was near half way point. I booked and paid for the hotel thinking a suite was the living area separate from the bedroom however the bed was in the same room and when the bed sofa was down there was not much room to get by. We just left the next morning but we weren't even asked why we were checking out early.The fridge was leaking and there wasn't a light in the lamp on the desk although that was minor. It was really the suite that was a shock. I would not recommend it or stay there again.

Good value
We stopped in St Louis for 2 days on our summer vacation. We had a couple issues with the room when we first arrived. We were offered a different room, but declined since we were already settled. The issues were taken care of quickly. The room was plenty big for the 3 of us. All of the staff was friendly. We took advantage of the pool (towels were poolside) and also the continental breakfast. The hotel was a little out of the way but well worth it for what we saved.

Towne Place Suites St. Louis St' Charles
Staff was friendly and informative. They gave us suggestions as to best places to dine. Their suggestions were excellent and we had a wonderful meal at one of the restaurants in the historic district. Their directions were easy to follow.

Clean and comfortable!
This hotel has very friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the area. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The only negative comment I have for this hotel, is it is hard to find. We are familiar with the area and have stayed here multiple times. It is located behind a shopping strip mall and restaurants. We find this to be a plus. It makes it easy to go out, pick up, or use the grocery store to have meals.

Use the outer roads to get to Capital Drive, and down to the St Charles riverfront. The Trail Head Pub has great wood-fired pizzas and micro-brews.
