Clean, comfortable with friendly service
The staff was very friendly and professional. The bed and bedding was soooo cozy and comfy! The rooms were very quiet. The outside appearance could use some work to make it look less institutional and more inviting, but they have done a lot of work to the inside lobby and common areas which looked very nice and very modern.

check out a map before going because entrance is a little tricky if you pass up the hotel.

Hotel is falling apart-staff was great
We were in the area for a 4 day girls high school basketball tournament. We were exhausted and unpacked immediately, then were going to bed when the toilet over flowed. It flooded our entire room, went down the hall and outside our door. The staff was VERY nice and offered to help us move to another identical room. They first wanted to move us upstairs, but there isn't an elevator in the hotel, and because of health issues, we refused that room. We then went to another room in the other wing and as we walked in, realized it only had one bed, we needed two. The third room only had two double beds and our original reservation was for a king and queen pull out bed. Finally, we moved to our final room that was had two beds...we were so tired of moving our things and were exhausted from the trip. As we were unpacking again, we noticed the room was not cooling, the light in between our bed was broken and leaning at a 45 degree angle, the shower head was dripping terribly. All of us agree to live with these problems since it was midnight. The reason I gave this rating one star...As I mentioned in the heading, the hotel needs a serious make over, but everyone from the front desk, to the cleaning staff to the maintenance staff were VERY nice and helpful. THEY deserved the star!

Not worth the money
Air conditioning was broken, bathtub was too moldy to even take a shower, and the hotel in general was not clean. It needs some serious updates and a thorough cleaning.

It would have been helpful to know in advance the hotel is actually located on an "outer road" parallel to the main road. Hotel staff and personnel were very pleasant and professional. Service was excellant and we dined in (the teenagers delight); pizza was good! The room's lighting was typical of the energy saving bulbs in use...adequate when close but left the room looking dark and not as cheery as if it had been in full light. The wash basin in room was unique...first time the basin was above the vanity top...unique but worked well. The shower/tub was old fashioned but worked well. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

nice place with problems
With both of having knee problems we were unaware that they would not have an elevator of 2nd floor and we we told there were no others rooms on main level.

The hotel was easy to get to. The staff was wonderful. The bathroom counter was very small. Otherwise the room was nice.
