Weekend trip

There was a delay in checking in at 3:00 PM on Saturday due to some staff problems with housekeeping and cleaning rooms. The heater/air conditioner control needs improvement. When it is switched off, the fan still comes on every several minutes for maybe 10 seconds and then stops until the next time. This made it harder to get a good nights sleep.

Nice beds, Pillows and overall amenities.

Usually hotels with some rooms available for smoking, tend to smell like smoke even on non-smoking floors..but this hotel smelled clean on the nonsmoking floors. Indoor (heated) pool and hottub were nice features considering the budget price. Bathroom vanity area + the out-swinging door were a bit cramped. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Will stay here again! Adult: Age 31

The room keycard had a coupon for 10% off at Buffalo Wild Wings. We ate there, but didn't notice the coupon until we were back to the hotel!

Good location

All was good. Used the pool. It was warm and clean, There were no change rooms or showers, which I would recommend as an improvement. Since we had an early flight, could not take advantage of the breakfast.

friend at cox south

pool lights were off , jets poor in hot tub, two mexican girls were play with their cell phones one went to put two yogarts in bowl after we finished eating, staff wish that they were not there

Great weekend visiting with family

The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were only there to sleep and relax for a little time but the cleaning service was great and we recievd more towels without asking. The rate and location were perfect for our trip.

Enjoyable Weekend

This was our second time staying at this motel. Once again we had a very nice relaxing stay. We like the quietness. The staff is very halpfull. It is easy to get on and off the highway and visit our daughter. I'm hoping to stay here again and finally get to use the pool and hot tub.

We're a short drive to Battlefield Mall, Bass Pro Shop, and other locations in southern Springfield, and only 40 minutes from Branson.

OK for a night

All staff members were friendly and helpful. One staff member got me a tea bag for the morning, since there was only coffee available in the room. The heater fan was so loud I couldn't talk on the phone and had to turn the TV up to hear it when it came on. I asked for a room away from Battlefield, because it's noisy and I got a room right above the lobby check in area. Cars were coming and going and people stood out there to smoke and talk. The room was surface clean - not awful, but not wonderful. I was too tired to swim, but did check out the pool and hot tub area and they seemed clean and neat. It was OK for the night that I needed it, but I wouldn't want to stay more than one night or use it for business travel.
