Arbor Suites at the Mall

This hotel worked out great for a visit to see our college student. It gave us a room to relax and enjoy our stay. The pool and basketball court gave the kids a place to hang out and unwind. All in all, it was a good choice and we would stay again.

ROOMS WAS NICE AND CLEAN BUT OUTSIDE AREAS NEEDED ALOT OF TLC THE STAIRS,AND OUTSIDE BILDINGS WAS ALOT OF PEELING PAINT AND JUST LOOKED TATTERED AND UNKEPT HAD TO WALK THROUGH UNLIGHTED OUTSIDE WALKWAYS AT NIGHT.PRICED TO HIGH.

Room was clean and comfortable. Dishwasher did not work and fridge was on its last leg (door racks were missing). No housekeeping service on weekends.

It was very nice and room was spacious. The area was quiet, allowing the 3 and 5 year old children to actually sleep! Really enjoyed the king size bed, pull out sofa, and the fully applianced kitchen. I would have to say the only bad part about it was the pool. We did not get to experience it since it had not been set up yet due to weather not allowing yet. Cover still on and our room was downstairs right by it, but the smell was bad from the pool when outside the room. (the smell did not carry into the room though, thankfully) Once the pool is opened, this should not be a problem. But other than the smell when outside from the pool, the stay was terrific. We plan to stay again when in this area next.

We meet our family in Springfield every year. We were tired of being cramped up in a hotel room. This property was perfect for us as the suite was large enough for all of us. Being right across from the mall was nice too.

OK so this place is not the most updated place, yes the sinks are old and the bathroom is small but the service is great the people are friendly and the rooms are huge and really clean, our room had a fire place in it which was cool. also the beds are very comfortable. it was more than expected. the couch was nice too. the tv is a older one but works just as well and is on a cart so you can move it where ever you want. also the dvd player and free kid movie rental is a life saver with small children the only other thing is there is no pans in the kitchen to cook with, front desk may have some.

The sinks and bathrooms were the orginals from most likely the late 70's early 80's, need to be updated very badly. The bed was older and could be updated. If we were going to stay for a longer time the full kitchen could be very usefull. We would most like stay there again for the price, although the next time I will look for a newer location for around the same cost.

Last year our only daughter left us to attended college in Springfield. We wanted to find a place were we could visit with her and feel at home like a family again. Arbor Inn fit that need for us perfectly. We enjoyed our time relaxing at the pool, watching TV and picking out movies from a modest but diversified selection offered through the front desk free of charge. The continental breakfast was enough for mornings and in the evenings we cooked dinner in the fully equiped kitchen and we even BBQ'ed one night in the patio area. The money we saved on eating expenses we used to visit Branson, which is only a 45 min drive away. The only challenge was the housekeeping. Never asked to have the room cleaned and never recieved a single knock inquiring if we wanted maid service. We wanted to have privacy for the most part so we didn't complain. We simply exchanged our dirty linen at the front desk for clean. We plan on returning here again when time allows and would recommend the place for anyone who wants to find home away from home experience.
