Days Inn Rolla

we got no sleep, the beds were terriblly uncomfortable. I had to sleep on the dirty floor, just to try to get to sleep. no pool or anything for the kids. [...]

This hotel is super scary, from the moment I arrived I was creeped out by groups of weird looking guys standing in the parking lot watching people going into their rooms. The door did not close well and of course I used the chain but the door was not well weatherproofed so I could hear people walking by all night. The walls are so thin that I could hear conversations and other stuff in the rooms next to mine. The covers had cigarette burns in them and pillows did not have pillow cases. I spent the whole night fully dressed with my shoes on and cell phone in my hand in case someone came in to murder me. I wanted to change hotels but I was too scared to leave my room with all those weirdos in the parking lot.

We had to wait for 15 minutes before the front desk person came back from wherever they were at before we could check in. He was on the phone and he didn't even apologize for the wait after we waited another few minutes for him to get off the phone. The room had paint and plaster falling down. The bathroom was moldy. The comforters were stained on both beds. I watched the cleaning staff for an hour while my son was playing in the pool, which had paint chips all over the bottom, and figured out why the comforters were stained. None of the cleaning staff took any of the bedding out of the first floor rooms to be cleaned. I know there were people who checked out that morning so they should have at least changed the sheets. Ewwww. They also didn't have any surface cleaner or even a vacuum to clean the rooms where guests had checked out. The breakfast was only carbs, breads, bagels and cereal, and the apple juice was fermented. Will not return.

It was ok. It worked for one night. I could hear highway traffic and the rooms were a little rundown. I wouldn't want to stay there for several nights, but it did the trick. I liked that they had wireless.

just stay because of moving and the price was low

Female staying by myself. Felt very safe. Clean. Stayed on a Thursday night was very quite. Very close to the hospital.

Roaches

Very nice. Breakfast room a bit tiny but I did like the high ceiling rooms

The staff was friendly and helpful. At breakfast there was no orange juice, out of order. The carpet in the room was very dirty.

My daughter and 5 friends went to Rolla and I got them 2 rooms. The hotel is old and worn. Worst of ll upon checkout they tried to charge her additional fees for which she was not responsible. Then they handed her someone elses credit card slip to sign ? A bit unorganized.
