Poor Front Desk Support
1. Charged $26.90 extra for dog [...]2. Were unable to help with reward points for nights stay. Took rewards number and stated would try later to get credit.3. Requested tax exempt form for military on orders. had never heard of the form and did not even try to find out about it.[...] The hotel requested my credit card for pet fee and for the room on check in. I should be able to get a receipt from the hotel. 5. According to hotel rules someone must stay with pet while the pet is in the room at all times. No family meals or swimming together!!

Great Hotel
I have been to this same hotel twice in the past month. It is great! Our room was spotless! nice and clean. The mini fridge stayed cold. The breakfast was always ready on time. There isnt much to do in this little town, so we just relaxed in our room.

Baymont inn & suites
Very friendly staff! Room was nice and clean along with bathroom. The free breakfast was good and coffee was warm. Only complaint was that the fridge in the room did not stay cold. The stay was very nice and I reccomend staying here!

Great Stay
I stay here everytime I go through Rolla. Always nice staff members. Rooms are very comfortable. The last time the bathroom was not very clean, but usually very happy with my stay and will stay again. great location off 44 and lots of food locations nearby.

Great Stay
I've stayed in this hotel 3 times now going to and from my trip to Indiana. I've had GREAT experiences every time. The rooms are always very clean. The staff is very nice, polite and helpful and traveling alone this hotel makes me feel very comfortable. The only SMALL problem I had when staying there was a dog barking for over an hour around 6am one morning. Not sure if the dog was in a room or outside in a vehicle. Other than that my stays have been GREAT and I will recommend the hotel to others and will stay there again.

Hotel was very average. One front desk clerk was reading a book, and looked like she did not want to be bothered. Some maids running around barefoot.
