The Budget Inn Palmyra is conveniently located midway between Hanibal, MO and Quincy, IL on highway 61 and 24. Near to many restaurants. Budget Inn Palmyra 24 hour front desk offers best rates and special discounts to truck drivers, senior citizen discounts, business travelers as well. This motel just remodeled for modern living, including 32 inch LCD flat screens, free wi-fi, free local calls, coffeemaker, alarm clock radio in each room. Palmyra is well known for the 300 acre park with baseball fields, walking trails, fishing lake, volleyball and basketball courts, swimming pool and many shelters and playgrounds, a city golf courses.

Very Dirty

I guess you get what you pay for, but it was the only hotel in Palmyra. There was urine on the toilet and wall, the light switch, and remote were dirty, the smell wasn't pleasant at all, the throw pillows had stains, the comforter had cigarette burns, the parking lot was full of cracks and pot holes, and we threw away the pillows we brought from home in fear we would bring critters home. Like I said, you get what you pay for, but it was our only option. The one good thing was that they were pet friendly.
