Disappointing

I was looking for a four day break from work. I chose this hotel becuase of it's amenities. The pool bar was not open, the restaurant was being remodeled, our room had not been dusted in days, and the faucet to our sink was literally falling apart. We made the best of it but I would not stay there again.

Great girl's weekend

We had a wonderful view from our hotel room on the 5th floor. I felt the price was very reasonable and overall very much enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay there again!

more then what they advertised

The room was o.k., but I didn't spend too much time in it. They had alot more to offer than what they advertised. They have a outdoor pool with lake views. An indoor Huge hottub. There's a restaurant, that at night is a bar with karaoke! All in all a pretty fun place to stay. Although I wish the rooms were more updated and a refrigerator would have been nice too.

The Inn is Out.

The hotel smelled bad and was not clean. One of our beds was off its frame and lop sided when we got there. The pool is tiny and over crowded. The rooms were out dated and the bedding was in no way comfortable. The Inn is Out. Spend the extra 20+ and stay at the Lodge or some other resort.

Awesome stay

It was a marvelous weekend, and this hotel just sweetened a perfect weekend. Despite having a terrible waitress at the restaurant inside the Grand Glaize, the awesome female bartender that was working that night made up for the terrible waitress.

over rated and unsatisfying

The Grand Glaze at the Lake of the Ozarks was a disaster. The a/c unit in the room was not working so it was incredibly hot and stuffy, there were cigarette burns all over the carpet and even in the bedding, the TV cut in and out and wasn't worth the hassle of standing in just the right spot of the room for a clear picture to come through. The a/c unit was fixed, however it took a few hours to cool the room enough to tolerate. The best part was when I why it was so hot and stuffy throughout the entire hotel(lobby, dining room, bar, elevators, etc.)and I was informed that the a/c unit for the entire hotel had gone out and was broken for an entire week, it was fixed just two days prior to my arrival so needless to say waiting for my room to cool off in a hotel that was still trying cooling off it self was not what I expected to do on my first night.

Shopping tip: Long walk from hotel

The Osage Beach Outlet Mall is just a long walk or super short drive from the hotel. There is a ton of stores and the prices weren't bad at all.

You get what you pay for

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we got into the room the linens and towles had some stains on them. You could tell the room was not cleaned to it fullest. I pulled the curtains back and there was garbage from a previous guest. The pool was not clean at all. There were leaves and paint chips floating in the water. I did not even want to go into the work out room because the machines looked like they were going to fall apart.
