Wonderful Stay
The staff was very helpful and pleasant. My GPS had gotten us lost and when i called the hotel for directions the man helped us out quickly and efficiently. Our cards got scrambled accidentally (Don't have them mixed up with your cell phones!) and they fixed it with no problems. Didn't detect even a little bit of frustration from them and that's what i loved most about the hotel. The room was also perfect and exceeded our expectations. We thought it would be smaller than it actually was and was pleasantly surprised. The Location is also awesome; Directly across the street from the outlet mall. Also, when we were looking for a place to eat, the staff had plenty of recommendations that he marked down on a map of the area for us. Very awesome.

Great location
Great service, very clean rooms and pool room. The pool was very small but clean. The hotel is right across the street from the outlet mall and next door to fun and games for the kids.

Just ok for the price
The hotel was near were we wanted to shop but that was all. The hotel needs a bigger breakfast area. We had to take our breakfast to our room because there was not enough table space to handle all guest.(good thing our room was just down the hall).

Family Friendly
Would highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great! Kids loved the pool. All Very clean. The beds were excellent!
