Clean, comfortable and quiet. Great price. You couldn't ask for more at this price.

Great price, but you get what you pay for. Silverware drawer contained one knife. No hangers in wardrobe. Ironing board falling apart. AC/heat unit was stripped of switches, so air remained on the WHOLE time. Loud when trying to sleep.

i had problem with the door not securing but they fix it with made me happy.

the hotel needs more staffing. I go and visit my daughter and i rather leave a day early now instead of rushing to get there on time. is a good place for the price and the location. it felt like almost coming home. you could smell the food from everywhere because since yourself have to cook.. is ok.

My boyfriend and I stayed there this weekend. The location was decent and the price seemed good so that is why we booked there. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. There was mens facial hair all over the sink when we checked in which was disgusting, and also long pieces of hair on the sheets that were not ours. Aside from this, our room was never cleaned, and fresh towels were never provided. Considering we stayed two nights, this was unacceptable. The price for the room was cheap, and having the kitchen area was nice. However, considering the conditions we were staying in, I will never stay at this hotel again.

Very good price for the room. However, no glasses, no shampoo, no kleenex, and I got a smoking room when requesting no smoking but they did move me. [...] The staff was really nice though and did their best to help. The room was ok, seemed clean. I would definitely stay there again on business, probably not a family trip though. They do have some new workout equipment.

It took three times to get a room that did not have some type of update going on. You would think that the hotel would know which rooms were being worked in and not offer those rooms to customers. Room 1 the AC unit was being replaced and there appeared to be, what looked like dog [*] on the carpet. The second room had the bathroom being worked on. Finally the third room was nice except for the sound of hollowing winds coming from the window. It was very noisey. I don't think I will use or recommend this hotel to anyone. Oh and if I read the sheet in the room correctly, it would have cost me to use the internet. I don't think so. No wonder the room was so cheap.

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly.

It was cold and the heater in the room wasn't working. Also, the next morning when I took a shower, the water was barely coming out. I was very dissatisfield with my stay at this hotel!!!!

The Homestead was okay. The location was great and that worked out really well, but we were not wowed by anything at Homestead. The room was clean, but somewhat dingy, but overall it was a good value for the money.
