Pretty good stay
The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The parking lot has an awful lot of pot-holes and the window insulation from the noise out side was bad. You could hear everything.

A good choice in town
Doesn't look like much on the outside, but inside is clean, nice and quiet. Breakfast was better than normally expected in this kind of hotel. Not much to choose from in Kirksville, but this is a good choice if that is where you are headed.

Great location for the price.
