Good value for the price
At Budget Host you get what you pay for. It's the lowest-cost place to stay in Kirksville, and just right if all you want/need is a comfortable, clean bed for the night. Room was clean, but with a musty odor on walking in. Two of us have allergies and were not bothered by it, though. Minimal items available for breakfast, but there's a McDonalds across the street & a convenience store next door. If you're looking for upscale amenities like a fitness room, pool, or food, Budget Host is not the place for you. But, if you just need a decent night's sleep, I'd recommend it.
