Did I get the worst room or are they all this bad??
Glad I was only staying one night and was a late check-in. Not sure if I got the worst room or are that all like this but I was at the top of the stairs so could hear people coming and going. The room itself had very dirty carpet so I never took my shoes off and to boot I founds a large clump of hair (Hope it was human) on the floor by the sink. Oh and there was "blood" yes blood on top of the electric heater/vent under the sink! Only good thing was the night staff was quick at picking me up at the airport!!

conveniently located and priced
Stayed for 2 nights on business. This must be one of the best deals available, in my estimation. Convenient location and totally adequate for my needs, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.

Great location, nice staff..free shuttle
There was a mix-up when we first arrived but immediately and friendly ammended it. We left our car there for a week and it was in perfect condition. Our plane didn't come in until well after midnight and they were still more than happy to come get us.

Convenient Overnight Stop
I was taken back when I first saw the hotel. The outside facade of the second floor was in very bad shape. It looked like it had actually rotted out in places. I, however, looked into a room before checking in and the room was fine for just one night. However, the TV was old and would only get a few channels and the colors were bad. The continental breakfast next morning was very basic and not appetizing. Was a little worried about the shuttle reliability because desk clerk was the driver, but that that worked out fine.

I've stayed there several times over the last few months in KC. Not a bad little hotel for the price. Staff, location and price are great. Some of the rooms need a little attention but aren't BAD yet. The concrete balcony on the second floor could use a good sweeping and quick power wash.
