Hotel is a pretty good value
This hotel has a good location accross from a parking garage and the plaza. It does also have a parking garage, but in any case it is a bit old. Not super fancy or anything. Beds are pretty comfortable.

Plaza Lights
My wife and I have stayed here many times and are always greeted with a smile and a welcome back Mr., K*****, located on the Country Club Plaza it is perfect place for a quick weekend get-a-way.

I don't frequent hotels but to say the least I wan't impressed. My wife and I used this hotel for a getaway/honeymoon and upon our arrival found that we were required to pay seperate parking. An extra $12/night. We arrived in our room, an undersized suite with tears in the wallpaper and an exellent view of the roof and an adjacent office building. After settling in we decided to go for a swim. We found a nice pool and small but newly renovated fitness area. We tried to get "free" wifi in our room and were forced to go to the lobby for computer use. (We didn't ask for help either) Friendly staff made up for the completely over priced breakfast we tried in the morning. Overall I wasn't impressed for the price we paid. Next time I'll save a few dollars and go somewhere else.

My hotel
It was horrible from the moment we walked into our room. We reserved a two bed suite and didn't get it because we went through [...]. I reserved a room 3 months in advance. That should be plenty of time for me to get the room that I wanted. I had a total of 6 people with me that had to share this tiny room. Then the sheraton advertised that there is a balcony. They fail to tell you can not get on that balcony. The door is locked.Another thing was the room was so humid. And with six of us in this room, you can imagine how hard it was to breathe. That night, the room across from us was having a party so you can imagine our discomfort when we were trying to sleep.Our stay at the Sheraton was horrible. I don't ever want to go there again. The only good thing I got from that place is a cool valet guy.

My advice, don't go to the strip clubs. You can't drink any form of alcohol and the strippers are not allowed to touch you or you touch them.

Nice
The King bed was nice. Upon entering, the staff was right on top of things. No issues with the staff. The suite was nice. Pull out full bed in one room and the King was in the other. Both rooms had a nice LCD television in it. I was surprised they did not have a DVD player though. Either way, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it.

Very Nice
Nice lobby, quick service. Room was excellent. Bed was very comfortable and great channel selection on the TVs in the room. Fast elevator too. Very clean and up to date.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would say they went above and beyond in the service department. Very nice lunch of soup and salad. They answered all my questions quickly and made great recommendations. Lovely room and bed and soft pillows. The only thing I would change is that the carpet was visibly dirty. slw

Great Location
Fast check in and out. Nice clean room quite. The front desk was very helpful in with setting up a taxi.
