very scary

We checked in, went to the room, the key did not work. Went back to the desk, they rekeyed, went back to the room, the key did not work. Went back to the desk oh, that lock must be broken, gave us a new key for a room across the hall. The room was so dingy. They had repainted & not worried about the carpet, paint everywhere. The room had no clock & no phone close to the bed. It had a king size bed, old furniture, a lounge chair. It was not what we had expected, based off of the reviews. The next nite we returned from a long day & our keys did not work. This time it only took one effort to rekey to get into our rooms.
