All great but elevators!
People at desk were great - Checking in was quick but a nightmare at the elevators. We waited and waited to go up to our room with only two elevators. Plus, some of our family was on a different level and it took forever to get to another floor because of the elevators! Improvement needs to be made there!

We were very disappointed in the hotel. We stayed 4 nights and never got our room cleaned or received clean towels even when we asked for them. The cost of the Water Park should be included in the price of the hotel as it made it $100 per day more for the 4 of us.

Chiefs game
Being so close to Arrowhead Stadium that we could walk. The hotel is geared to game day, which was awesome. Only thing I'd do different next time is book Sunday night too!!

Vikings Fan
Chiefs/ Vikings Game
The property was clean and we had a nice room on the 15th floor. Had a problem on Sunday night with a domestic problem where @ 3:30 AM there was a lot of yelling and cursing going on. We called security but the situation lasted at least 45 minutes. When we checked out the clerk said there was nothing she could do but give us free coffee and rolls. We decide to honor her offer but felt there should of been an adjustment on the rate.

Decent Vacation
Price was great thanks to Orbitz. Staff at the hotel were nice but the staff at the water park could use some training in customer service, they were kinda rude!!

Great place to stay!
Came into town for Royals games - loved this hotel. Staff was helpful and accomodating, enjoyed the lounge and resteraunt. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was some repair work being done in the morning that disturbed us. Other than that, it was great and I'll be staying here again.

Clean & Great Location
At first I thought the hotel would be very noisy with the water park attached; however, I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel was clean, quiet, and only a short drive to Worlds / Oceans of Fun. The staff at the front desk were very friendly & helpful, too. We would definitely stay here again.
