Late nite
Came in later than we would have liked. Restaurant closed as was everything else but a Wendy's. but staff was friendly, got us to our room quickly. Wake up call on time. Plenty of time to get to airport.

they should let people know about the movies in the T.V because my little sister bought moves and they had charged me around 100$ for that, however they refund me some of the money and they told me to contact the manager for the rest. Also the beds for double should be bigger because they are too small. Over all it was good service

Overall
Our overall stay at this hotel was a good experience. The hotel staff were very warm, friendly and accomidating. This hotel had the most comfortable beds we have slept on, in our bussiness trip travels. I also liked knowing we could use the shuttle when needed. For the 3 day stay we would have liked at least 1 free breakfast. It was helpful to receive a $5.00 off discount on one breakfast.

Centraly located for my purposes
It would have been nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The limited parking out front required me to park along the side where the parking was plentiful but also required me to have walk through the indoor pool area with bags and such. A hallway exit to that side of the building would have me been nice.

Overnight Stay
Staff was friendly. Room was clean with good security. Location is close to the highway and close to World/Oceans of Fun Parks. We just stayed overnight on a quick trip to K.C. but would consider staying here again the next time we visit.

Had a fine time. Pool area, friendly staff and the value were great. Had fridge/micro in room. Kids ate breakfast free and had coupons for adults. Room was clean. Complaints: bar and restaurant only open until 10pm on a Saturday night; pool didn't open until 9am; beds were small (doubles, not queens). Overall, I would stay here again.

Visit with our student son
Great stay at a very good price. Will will stay there again next month and use Orbitz Awesome pool and jacuzzi . Room service and restaurant . Close to everything. Staff couldn't have been nicer.

Run Down but Friendly
The staff was very friendly, and answered all my questions. They provided a free crib for my son, and gave good directions to the surrounding area. However, the crib, the rooms, and the hotel in general seemed old and a little run down. I definitely feel like I overspent on this hotel. Also, be aware that there is no free breakfast and that food here is expensive.

great for family, not for couples
Pros: Complimentary shuttle til 11pm to oceans/worlds of fun, Harrahs and Ameristar casinos. Nice pool and bar. Cons: Rooms facing pool very noisy, small room with no closet, bathroom smelly with limited hot water. Pillows very uncomfortable.

Great location for Worlds of Fun
the staff was very pleasant and helpful shuttle service to and from Worlds of Fun is one of the reasons we return each year.
