Great staff, great location
We used this as a sleeping spot so we didn't take advantage of the amenities so much. The location was perfect, the parking was awesome, easy to get to fast food and nice restaurants. The staff was amazing, helpful, kind and quickly helped any way they could - I plugged the potty and he was there within minutes with a smile and fixed it. We didn't let them clean while we were there but the cleaning crew happily gave us supplies in the hallway with a smile. They were doing construction when we were there, but it did not affect me in anyway, they had signs up asking for forgiveness for the mess but I never encountered any mess. The breakfast area was spacious and enjoyable and tho I didn't take advantage of the free breakfast my traveling companions said it was "very good". All in all, its a bit older facility, that has been taken care of. We were there for the first May snowstorm in over 100 years and the staff handled the snow very well. The internet connection was fast and easily usable. The bedding and towels were new and wonderfully bleach clean. Definitely no complaints, but also not high maintenance travelers either.

BBQ place "Gates BBQ" about 2 blocks walk away, doesn't look like much but is AMAZING food!

This hotel was very close to the Power and Light district where we were celebrating a birthday and they even had a free shuttle!

Unexpectedly Wonderful
The free-use computer and printer in the lobby saved my butt. At 4am I was able to print a large color document that I needed for work the next day, at no charge. All while the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything else was up to the expected standard of a Marriott brand hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Mad loud person
Horrible service...
We thought and hoped we would arrive at a nice friendly hotel, but once we got there, the staff would not let us have rooms by who we came with b/c they said they did not have any until I checked into my room to find lightbulbs burnt out and moldy shower curtains, so I called them and he let us move by our friends. We got numerous complaints and threats we were going to be kicked out b/c we were too loud, when it was around 3 OTHER rooms making all of the noise. We were also yelled at and lied to about check-out time. Overall, NOT GOOD.

Great stay
While it is right off the downtown...it's a little confusing to get to, but well worth the trip. A quiet place to stay just a couple of clicks off the main downtown area.
