Location is OK, the price is higher than those in Overland Park, Lenexa and the Overland Park Convention Center. These other locations are closer to restaurants and activities and nicer neighborhoods.

The hotel had great staff, rooms were adequate, we had some noisy neighbors that were slamming doors, and cabinets next door. Also we had a non-smoking room, and either someone was smoking both nights next door, or just down the hall, as smoke smell was evident several times over our two night stay. Clean rooms, some odor though not a deal breaker.

Lots of things didn't go quite perfect during my stay, but I would stay here again because of the price. They didn't have a hair dryer for me to check out (though their literature said they would). The dishes in the kitchenette weren't really clean and there was no dish soap. One morning when I went to leave my door wouldn't lock. To their credit, they came up and bolted it, and it was fixed when I got back (though the keys were a little old fashioned. The staff overall were very nice and helpful but there was a sort of creepy security guard hanging out in the parking lot which unnerved me before I realized he was security and supposed to be there. The grocery store closest to the hotel was kind of dirty and the food was not very fresh.
