The room as a whole i would give a C. It had the kitchenette i need but it didnt have any silverware like it said in the amenities no toasters either. For a smoking room there was no ashtray and no one at the desk seemed to know where all the ashtrays were. i did eventually find one from the maids but that took two days of asking a couple of the maids.

Lady that checked us in was very friendly. Night staff was horrible. She was letting guests into rooms that were already pre occupied, did not know what restaurants were open, didnt know surrounding area very well. She also could not get us into our room. The door lock key was broken and took her 30 minutes to open. We told her ghe non-smoking room we were in smelled like smoke and she wasn't concerned.

This hotel was pure trash and I found everything about it horrible. When I arrived, the police were on scene dealing with something with a occupant. There was people running back and forth on the upper level making allkinds of noise yelling across to each other and this was about 830 in the evening. I did not find the staff very friendly and I noticed rust spots everywhere in the area. When we went into the room, we found the beds to be rock hard and made very loud squeaking noises anyway you moved. The room had a bad smell of some sort in it and you can hear people outside making allkinds of noises. I found it to be so bad that I went back down and told the lady I was checking out. She advised me I would have to speak to [...]about the money and I advised her I was aware she wouldnt give me any money back but I did expect her to offer to give me my $5 back for internet use that most hotels offer free now but didnt even get that. I went out and found a nice hotel in a clean area that cut me a huge discount because of my experience. I wouldnt let my dog stay in this dump!!!!

good, stayed there twice,no problemo.In town working, nothing fancy,perfect for one person. They even have pots and pans, dishes etc.to use. If there was anything to complain about, maybe the shower could have been a bit hotter,I like them HOT. All in all,for 37.00 and some change you can't beat it

Not too bad just needed a cheap place to sleep for the night so this worked for us. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for something really nice or are really picky. Bed was kinda hard and it wasn't exactly spotless but it wasn't dirty either. Worked for us.

Check in fast and easy, room was clean. Broken handles on cabinets, etc. TV very small, maybe 17". Not a lot of channels. Even though there was a small kitchen, there was NO HAIR DRYER.

The rooms were filthy, the beds were stained, the AC didn't work the second day when it was 95 outside. Cable TV didn't work. This place was a nightmare!

first they gave us the wrong room, then they had our reservation mixed up. An all around poor experience in the customer service department.Only service seen is at check in and out.

This hotel was not clean. There was no soap in the bathroom or in the kitchen. Even though we booked a Non-smoking room, there were no Non-smoking rooms for us so we were given a bottle of Febreeze and told to open the window. They did not have extra pillows or extra towels for us. So the three of us had to share 1 towel and 1 washcloth. The kitchenette had no coffee pot, coffee cups,condiments but it had one pack of coffee. I would not stay here again for any reason.

didn't spend too much time at the hotel, it was close to fun locations, and by the end of the end didn't have to travel far to get into bed.
