Super 8 Jefferson City

The price was great, but you get what you pay for. The color was going out on the tv, the lock on the bathroom door didn't work, and I found an unusually large cockroach that I mistook for a small mouse. Other than that the room was comfortable and clean.

Just stayed overnight for the state track meet. The clerk actually recognized me from last year. Had to say that I was pretty impressed.

Room air was on full blast so room was cold when we arrived and it was only 46 degrees out. Took a short while to warm room. Otherwise room was great.

We were expecting a no frills stay. We were pleasantly surprised with mints on the bed, a welcome bag with other supplies and treats! Very clean and nice stay!

The hotel staff was curious and helpful, they were pleasent and seemed ready to go the extra mile if you needed it. the lobby could have used a scrubbing from the tracked in dirt but i honestly got in late. overall a good experiance.

The hotel was old and smelly. When I would ask one of the staff for help such as fixing my air conditioner they did not know what to do because their maintenance man was not on duty over the holiday weekend. When I ask why I could not get on their free WI-FI the first two answers were that they didn't know why and maybe I could try later. When I ask for the third time I was told that someone was accessing inappropriate websites so they had to shut it down for a while but he did not know when it would be back up. I had to ask the desk to get me some bath soap because even after the room had been cleaned there was no soap or shampoo left in the room. On two seperate occasions only one bed was made up and the towels were just set on the sink in the bathroom. The whole building smelled of mildew and mold. I could hear the guy above walking across his floor all night long. This was not a very pleasent experience.

Got an economical stay.

While the staff was pleasant and helpful we had to ask for hand towels, soap, toilet paper. drinking glasses and coffee cups. Also, the tub was very dirty. The person on duty in the morning took notes on everything we said and was most concerned, but that didn't change the situation. One plus was a wonderful German restaurant nearby.

Very polite and professional staff. The room had all we want and need, and was clean. Aside form the usual door-in-the-hallway sounds, the night was quiet.

Breakfast every morning!! Nice, good location[...]. Bathroom needed a little more attention from housekeeping...hair in the shower and on sink top. When I went to check out the front desk help was friendly but had her personal cell phone up to her ear the entire time while checking me out and talking to me. I feel that cell phones are taking us over. I only wanted 5 minutes of her personal time!!
