Holiday Inn Express JEFFERSON CITY

The hotel room was very damp and musty, the items in the room (bed, couch, ect.) felt damp. The television remote was missing (they did find me one an deliver to my room) and the iron was missing. I felt as though I was staying in an "extra room" that they seldom rent. The breakfast was good, but overshadowed by the other issues.

I'm giving this hotel a bad rating due to maintenance issues. The fitness area had 3 cardio machines and only one worked properly and the temperature was probably more than 78 degrees with a humidity level of 90%. The pool was right next to the fitness area. The pool had the smell of a fish tank, the pool light was floating on the surface of the pool with the electrical cord still attached. The whole first floor had a mold smell and incredibly high humidity level due to the pool being on that floor. Several spots on the ceiling had water damage throughout the building. I am very glad I did not have a room on the first floor. I was on the 3rd floor and the only damage I could see was in the bathroom due to moisture. If you have mold allergies you might want to choose a different hotel!

I stayed in Jefferson City for one night. The desk clerk was warm and friendlyThe room was spacious with high ceilings. Fridge with complimentary sodas and bottled water was a nice touch. Good breakfast - sticky buns were a little too tempting to pass up! Only complaint was the outdated TV service - it's weird to see channels of static when you're flipping through channels. Otherwise, I'd definitely stay here again.

I really like it that when I showed up they were expecting me since I had previously called them advising them the time I would show up, the person at the front desk was very friendly and I liked that this hotel provides complimentary Internet, water, and soda. I really had a very good experience.

Totally unremarkable. Clean enough, but somewhat 'rough around the edges'. Probably wouldn't stay there again, though I'm not sure there are any better options in this particular location.

While the room was clean, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends and family on account of all the things that were broken.

Easy check-in, easy to find, right off the highway 54. Requested non-smoking room, initially gave me a smoking room but moved me immediately to another room on the same floor. Good breakfast. Good price for the amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, on the south end of town, Supermarket, restruants, quick trips within walking distance. Excellent free breakfast - bacon, eggs, rolls, etc. Free wireless hook up, wired if needed. Down side, unless you get there early, parking is in the rear and elevator to your floor. Quiet & restful Saturday Night. We'll stay there again.

It wasn't worth the price but fine at first. Then water started dripping on my head while I was brushing my teeth.....nasty... Should've stayed at the Days Inn just down the street.

Was very convient for a college graduation, with many fmily members from various locals. Staff was attentive to our needs, but were overwhelmed by youth soccer team which spent the night there.
