Good
Only there six hours to sleep. Fine for that time. Room clean, bed clean. Took smoking room, there were cigarette burns in bedspread (large ones), But room did not STINK like smoking room, that was nice. Bathroom TINY, too TINY. But it did what it needed to do, provide clean place to sleep. That's all I asked for.

Great Stay in Independence
Went to the Big 12 Basketball Tourney. This Hotel was easy to get to, easy to find, and easy to get to the Sprint center. The employees were courteous, helpful, & knowledgeble. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. The only thing I wish was better was the Hot Tub wasn't very warm.

Many fast food businesses within walk or short drive. Also, several fast food deliveries are available. President Truman's Home & Library are a short drive down the road the hotel is on.

Very Disappointed
The hotel in Red Lodge was in poor condition. Would not recommend. The Fort Collins hotel was okay, but had a very small bathroom.The Kansas City hotel was old and not kept up. Again, the hotel was not maintained.The hotels that needed to be updated and taken care of were owned by foreign Indian's (not Native Americans). Very hard to understand and communicate with. I found it intersting that when I called [...] that I spoke to someone in India and that we were directed to hotels owned by Indians. I will not use [...] again. The hotels I booked on my own were much better in all ways.

A pleasant surprise!
I expected this hotel / motel to be a major let down, but too my surprise it was WONDERFUL. Great location, staff and facilities. Plus, there were no shortage of eateries and stores nearby. We even found a wonderful doggy park just a mile up the street. The place was quiet and safe.

Quality Inn Independence is just ok
staff on check in was fine, check out was very confused. room was a bit noisy, but large.

Hotel review for Independence 10/3/09
Hotel staff was super friendly. It was a shame that the pool wasn't completed, so a let down there. They assured us the pool will be completed this time next year. We will not be letting this effect our thoughts on this hotel. Love that it is only 3 miles for Arrowhead stadium. We were in room 106. The only real issue I personally had was with amount of street lights on the road running along our room. Even with the curtian closed the lights still illuminated our room.

A Good Reunion Place
We met here because of its proximity to Kansas City. We were delighted to be only 10 miles from the wonderful Nelson Art Museum.

We drove to a mall close to the hotel the first night and had a marvelous time and dinner at a Mongolian Restaurant. The next night we went to Herford House advertised in the hotel room materials and were delighted. The place is pricey but the food and service made it still a good value.

Good Location, OK Rooms
Thre room was ok, but needed some maintance and cleaning. There was a hole in the carpet and one wall outlest was hanging out of the wall. The phone was not very clean.
