Unfortunate
Booked in advance so we would have a decent room. Requested non-smoking through this site, but was given a smoking room and since I did not book directly through the hotel I could not change my room or receive a refund. Rooms are dirty and old. Unfortunate smell of smoke.

The room was clean, stafff was friendly. I would stay here again. The breakfast was ok maybe a little more choices would have been nice. But over all it was a nice place to stay.

Just went for wedding
Its in a good location!
I liked the hotel. The breakfast was just waffles and yogurt (pretty much), but it was good. Its right off the highway and close to a walmart, target, and mall. It was cool.

Not very impressive
the room was just ok, nothing special. The desk clerk we had at check in on the 27th was very helpful by printing off directions to & from the Gateway Arch which was an easy drive. That's where the good stuff ended. I saw her write down the 2 wake-up calls 1 at 3:30am & 1 at 3:45am. We had a 6am flight & needed to return a rental car. [...]called to confirm our flight at 3:00am & we answered that call & laid back down until our wake-up call that never came!!! Not the first 1 nor the 2nd 1. When I woke up at 4:30 I called the front desk & the desk clerk was clueless!!!! Luckily the traffic was lite & the folks at Alamo were very helpful. Also the security line at the airport was very backed up so they held the plane a few extra minutes and that is the only way we made our flight. I seldom write reviews, but I felt this one was necessary.
