Country Hearth Inn Fulton

It is so frustrating that from check in to check out this was the worst hotel stay of my life. The clerk made it clear that we "booked through a second company" as if we were second class. I had asked for first floor or handicapped accessible due to my husband's disability. THERE WAS NO ONE staying at the hotel and they put us on the 2nd floor. The room was not clean, the walls in the room and bathroom needed to be cleaned. THE BED was HORRIBLE. There was a HOLE in the bathtub which was purposely covered with a mat; I almost fell due to this hole. There was NO HOT WATER for even a short shower; in the evening or in the morning. I would have been more comfortable sleeping on someone's floor. IT is really sad because we have family in the area and we like to visit 10-12 times a year and it would have been nice to have a better experience.

Checked into the Country Hearth today & it took FOREVER, it took the girl at the front desk 15 minutes to check in 2 rooms. When I got in my room I pulled off the comforter because I never use them (we all know they don't wash them often) and there was no blanket just a sheet. I called down to the front desk and ask if they had blankets & she said no. I said you know how gross it is that you don't have blankets right because I'm sure like most hotels you don't wash the comforter and she said Oh we wash ours on Sundays. I said yes but do you wash them in between guest and after a second she said no mam we don't. I said well that is pretty disgusting. Then I proceeded to pull the sheet down and the bottom sheet was dirty. YUCK!! I called down to the front desk again and she said she would get me a new room. I said you know if I was driving and it was up to me I would leave but I'm with someone else. She came up with me to see the dirty sheets and she said Oh I can see it from here!! Then we checked out the new room and it is cleaner. She also miraculously came up with a blanket from clean linen. I then got in the shower where there is a used wash rag hanging from the bar, again YUCK!! I also asked upon check in if they were a part of any reward programs and she said no. When I went to their web site to write a review (which they don't have an option to do) a reward program popped up, so much for knowing your job. I stay in hotels about 6 months out of the year & this experience has been one of the worst.

Non smoking room, I was a little confused, couldn't remember what I requested, but I don't smoke

Very friendly staff. Not a glamorous room but it was clean and comfortable.

We stay the night in Fulton every year on the eve of my daughter's 4H event. We booked at this hotel because the hotel we ususally stay at was booked up. I asked for a non smoking room and received a room that smelled like smoke. Although the bathroom and vanity area were very clean, the carpet had lint and dirt around the walls and the pedestal of the bed. The morning after our stay, the mattress had slid slightly to side revealing an unidentified, brown crusty substance on the box spring. The pool area was very nice, though.

We visited our son. It was a good stay,bed and our host was very nice. We will use again if we go back to that area. [...]

Always a great value. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

We were in Fulton for my uncle funeral. The motel was great. We will most definately stay there again when visitng the other family in Fulton

I would stay at this hotel again. The price was affordable. The staff was very helpful. It's located right off of the freeway so there was some road noise but if you can deal with that you'll enjoy your stay.

Visited Fulton for a family reunion. After an exhausting drive, I was lucky to be able to check in a couple of hours early - the room was very spacious, already cooled down - and had an inviting jacuzzi. Was very comfortable - wish I was able to stay an extra night just to sleep. On another note, there seemed to be a lot of traffic in the hall in the afternoon - possibly transient; not sure. But, it eventually died down. My only issue was there was no ice on the 2nd floor; by the time I found it downstairs (through several turns & doors), and got back to my room, it was almost melted (the halls are not air conditioned. Otherwise, I was happy with my room.
