Hotel needs upgrades

The bathroom in our room had ceramic tiles that were coming off the floor. We had to tape the tiles down to avoid tripping or injuring our feet. We did not have coffee for the coffee pot and the room did not appear to be very clean - really in need of cleaning the sofa and carpet. I would also suggest some new pillows; they were the lumpiest I've ever used. However, the staff was very helpful and assisted us with getting what we needed. We probably would not stay at this hotel again. Thank you.

Great Stay for 9 days

Breakfast-good variety each morning and free. Staff-courteous, helpful. Fitness room-the only two bikes were malfunctioning,treadmills worked. Nice suite with kitchen, would definitely stay there again. Very reasonable price.

Wonderful!

The room was gorgeous and very clean. The kitchen would be wonderful for extended stay travelers. The breakfast buffet was delicious every morning and there's complimentary gourmet coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The pool looked nice (didn't go because no swimsuit). They allow pets with a 40 pound weight limit and charge a non-refundable deposit. The will not clean your room if your pet is there alone and not crated, though. My only complaint was that, like so many other hotels in the area, they majorly jacked up the price for graduation weekend.
