Nice Stay
No complaints everything was just fine. Things of note, room furniture was not bad but seemed a bit outdated but by no means an issue. Location was ideal for what we came for and the Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly which in and of itself made our stay worth while. No areas of concern in room cleanliness

Not worth the money...
The hotel was nice, but service and the individual room were not worth the money. The cleaning service knocked on our door 3 times well before check-out hour, even though the Do Not Disturb was on the outside of the door. Most of the TV channels were out (the weather was fine). The hotel did have a very nice gym and the pool was spacious and warm, it was just very dirty from all the foliage. No soap/shampoo/conditioner was provided, and there were old coffee grounds in the coffee maker. The location was great and there was a large parking lot, so that was very convenient. We probably won't stay at this hotel again.

family wedding/homecoming
renovations made the halls look like trashed, terrible timing since it was the 100th Homecoming and packed. Understood the included breakfast buffet was overloaded in dining room so they directed us to banquet room. Not the same offering and charged us for a child when the next morning we were told they were free. No one seemed to know what was going on.

Stay somwhere else!!!
The hotel was under construction, I had scaffolding outside my window. I could not shut the curtains. The room was in need of a complete scrub down. The help was not helpful, borderline rude. I was VERY disappointed in all aspects of the hotel stay!!

Was an OK stay. Outside pool was closed. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The $25 pet fee charge is not stated on [...] description or amenities of the hotel. We had to pay that in addition to the room fees/taxes.

Food in the sports lounge/restaurant was so-so... There was a big screen tv with the sound was on in the morning which was annoying during breakfast. The waitress did not seem to have the knowledge or ambition to have the volume turned down or muted when we requested that.

Great Weekend Road Trip
Came in for Parents Weekend. This was a great place to come back to and relax. Room service was excellent too! Room was very nice, pillows great and halls quiet!

2nd Class Citizen
I am sick of being treated like a second class citizen because I "booked thru a third party". The hotel employees act like you are somehow pulling something over on them. At this Hotel they would not give me points for this stay. [...] and the hotels need to get their act together.

good beds
I was there long enough to sleep and shower and hit the road. Nice enough place, too expensive pretty dated.

Everything in one place for travel
We were just passing through Columbia and this place was nice because once we got to the hotel, we did not have to leave again...we could relax.
