It was not a good hotel. Old, very loud. I can't believe anybody would ever have a conference there! Breakfast was okay.

Make sure to inspect the rooms..........
Have stayed in this hotel before without an issue. This time, however, we checked in and found our rooms carpet was soaked and saturated with mold over one inch thick and growing on the furniture as well. We did get another room and had to move all of our stuff. Couldnt help but think that the ventilation systems where shifting mold spores throughout the entire complex. Overall Maintenance of the building is in bad need of upgrades, repairs, and remodel. [...]

WOULDNT EVER STAY HERE AGAIN
WE PAID ABOUT $120 A NIGHT TO STAY IN A HOTEL WITH A BUZZING TV, AC THAT DIDNT WORK, BATHROOM CEILING FALLING DOWN, TOILET RUNNING ALL NIGHT, BATHROOM FLOOR NASTY, INTERNET PROBLEMS, AND I PULLED TISSUE OUT OF TISSUE HOLDER AND IT FELL OUT OF WALL. THEY MOVED US TO A CORPORATE SUITE(LOL) LIGHT FALLING THROUGH DROP CEILING IN IT AND NO OUTLET BY COMPUTER DESK. THEY ASSURED ME THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME FOR OUR PROBLEMS WHICH ENDED UP 25% OF F FIRST NIGHTS STAY THATS UNREAL TO ME NOT ENOUGH TO MAKE ME EVER WANNA GO BACK THERE. I WOULD SLEEP IN MY CAR FIRST

This is a VERY tired property… a motel, not a hotel. The staff is friendly enough but can't make up for the less than spartan dilapidated rooms, tissue paper thin towels, noisy air conditioner, grimy exterior, and difficult to access location. We have stayed at Days Inns before in Arizona, New Mexico and California, and while they were certainly lower end, they were clean and very respectable… perhaps it is just the age of the Columbia property. I would consider it a tear down.

You get what you pay for
Dated and a little run down. The mattress smelled. The free breakfast looked awful, I didn't attempt to eat any of it.

Get organized, people!
Someone didn't show up for work in the morning and the one person left in the restaurant for the free breakfast was in way over his head, trying to wait on tables and cook breakfast at the same time. Resolution should have been much quicker than it was.

Down goes the Longhorns
A little rough
The experience at the hotel was good overall, just the quality of the hotel was lacking. If you're looking for something cheap and do not care about the quality then it's a good spot. If you are looking for a nice, new or clean place, this is not the spot.
