This place is nasty! The staff is rude! It felt as though the floors were falling through! Never again! This place should be shut down! NOW!

Roomy for less
Got a suite for a reasonable rate. Needs some updating but you get what you pay for. Everything was clean but dated. Will be staying there again when in town.

New owners, new staff - great value, breakfast, pool , treated like family - best choice in Columbia
I have stayed in over half a dozen hotels in Columbia over the past 5 years and by far the current staff and management here at the American Best Value Inn have proven to be the most professional as well as friendly. Manager Jim Rehg is a super guy, new Housekeeping coordinator Bex - Bettie McNaughton - a great gal, along with new staff; have been working hard to make customers happy, comfortable and welcome. Truly you feel more like family here than a mere guest. Plus they are animal friendly and offer an excellent healthy breakfast as part of the room rate - as well as super lobby area with computer access and large screen TV.

a dump
the place is a dump my shower did not work i caled the desk ther answer was will leve a note for maintenance. so no shower that day
