overpriced for what it was
This motel was more expensive than other motels in Columbia, but it was the only room available in town. the room was small and cramped, but it was clean.

a dump
the place is a dump my shower did not work i caled the desk ther answer was will leve a note for maintenance. so no shower that day

Terrible rooms
We did not stay at this facility. The room was dirty, bath was even worse...therefore we searched out another motel. We would not recommend this Inn to anyone. The description was totally misleading.

Overnight stay
We arrived late to stay the night to go to hospital early morning, but found dirt in our bed, and room very small with a stinky A/C, and could hear traffic from road at times, a ok overnight but I like clean, clean, did not feel that way to me. Will go with a little bit better hotel next time.

No nasty hotels for me
Disgusting!
That was the most disgusting room I have ever seen - dead bugs everywhere, "something" brown smeared all over the walls, stunk to high-heaven, "hairs" in the bed, moldy shower. Nasty!!! Transient hotel?? Left immediately and went elsewhere!! ZERO stars!!

weekend getaway
Tho this room was cheap I was suprised at how dirty it was. The carpet was filthy & sticky, your feet litterallly stuck to the carpet. It was so gross. They didnt empty the trash or gi e extra toilet paper. The couch in the room was filthy & the pillows were so flat. There were way to many people that loooked like they lived there. Junk & junk cars in the parking lot.

This place is nasty! The staff is rude! It felt as though the floors were falling through! Never again! This place should be shut down! NOW!

AWFUL!
This was the WORST experience that I've EVER had with a motel! We had asked, prior to arriving, if it was okay that we stayed 2 hours late, the staff on duty said that it was fine. At 11am, a lady opened up the door and walked in to my room and tapped on my shoulder (While I was sleeping) and informed me that it was past checkout time. I told her that we had arranged to stay late and she left. Not even 30 minutes later a guy banged on the door and attempted to open it and told me that checkout time was at 11. I ended up just leaving! I did not sleep all night as it was louder throughout the night than during the day! People were yelling, screaming and fighting outside of my window ALL NIGHT! Whenever anyone walked past my door, the walls and floor would shake in the room! When walking on the floor outside of the restroom, I feared the floor falling in! It felt as though there were baseball sized holes in the floor underneath the carpet. I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER stay at this motel again! I was in room 216, btw! Also, I am a smoker and asked for a smoking room, I was told that mine was one! Apparently, it wasn't! I got yelled at by management for smoking in the room! On my receipt it says "special accommodation: Smoking Room Requested". I will be disputing the charges for both of the rooms that I rented! They are not safe, they are nasty, staff is rude! I'd spend $100.00 more on a hotel to avoid having to stay at America's Best Value Inn again! Another add on! The bed was right up against the window!! Every time I rolled over in bed, I rolled in to the curtains!

Not the cleanest room-outdated....blood on underneath side of mattress...its noisy due to many people live there.
