Much better value than a regular motel
Great room very clean. Location is hard to find. Very little signage going west on 64. Had to stop at Springhill Suites Inn to ask where it was. Turned out it was right next door but tucked behind on a side strret. Would have had hard time finding if I didn't know that area so well.

A great value,exemplary customer service
This is an older establishment which shows all of the signs of great maintenance and good housekeeping. As far as customer service and value this hotel rates very high with me. The staff spare no effort to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

the Tokyo Steak House in the Westport Plaza is a super experience for kids and adults and very reasonably priced.

Thanksgiving near the family
Our time at the Residence Inn was great! I used the oven to bake pies the night before Thanksgiving and used it again to do the turkey leaving room for dressing and other dishes at our daughters. We had some down time in a really great location and still spent plenty of time with the family.

Huge rooms, close to Hwy 64
This hotel is excellent, the location is very convenient to Hwy. 64, and the rooms are huge! We stayed one night to watch the Cardinals set records against the Cubs, and had a great time! The breakfast was good, the staff were extremely friendly, and we would definitely book here again. It's so nice to have room to spread out, relax, and do your own thing in a room big enough for everyone. Great hotel and value!

We had a late dinner and drinks at Joe Bucks; lots of Cardinal fans, great air conditioning, and generouse portions. It was nice to relax without having to rush out due to the later hour, and our waiter was very friendly.

On the way to Indy
Traveled to St. Louis on the way to Indy. Stayed at the Residence and while in St. Louis, visited Grant's Farm and Grant's houses, when he lived in the St. Louis area. My stay was extra special by spending the time at the Residence Inn. They always come through. They are predictable in their cleanliness, their ammenities and hospitality. You always can be sure you'll get the best from them. I highly recommend them!

Grant's Farm... That's where Budweiser raises their Clysdale horses... It's amazing.. Especially for the kids!

For once! A hotel that looked as good as depicted in the photos!
This hotel was amazing! The room looked just as nice in person as the pictures. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen and kitchen accessories really added to that home like feel. It was quiet and never once heard anyone from any of the other rooms even though the place was packed with guests. I will definitely be staying here again as well as recommending to any and everyone I know that mentions they are looking for hotels in this area.
