Never again!!! I booked this hotel because I am traveling with my 7 year old. He enjoys swimming and arcades. We got to this hotel around 7 looking forward to swimming and enjoying our evening. The pool/arcade area is NOT air conditioned!! It was 88 degrees outside and was cooller outside than in the pool arcade area, I'll bet it was almost 100 degrees in there. This area consists of the entire 1st floor. It was so hot we were pouring sweat the first 30mins we were down there. The staff is unable to be found. I wanted an early check out so i could find a different hotel as we were booked for two nights and i wasn't staying both nights. Took over an hour to get ahold of the front desk then was told to call back at 11 and once again nobody answered the phone. We did end up checking out but had to beg for a refund for the second night because their policy is no changes no refunds. The hotel was filthy!! the beds were so uncomfortabe I have a bruise on my left side from sleeping on that side, the beds were so hard!! the entire experience was horrible, this was a GHETTO hotel and i wouldn't recommend anyone stay there, Plus the WIFI was down the entire time, the hotel said it was a rare thing that it go down and acted suprised but most other reviews say they never have WIFI. The hotel was also very difficult to find.

The hotel smelled pretty bad. The rooms were not the cleanest. There was trash throughout the hotel. There is no workout room.

The hotel was very dirty it had cigarette but and trash all over the floors. Their was trash in one of the swiming pools. They did not have a restront in the hotel. Their was no comp. brefest. The coffie pot didn't work and their was no coofi in the room they said the ran out. The towel rack was broken. The worl pool bath tub was broken.The hot tub was broken you could not use it. The service for the empolyees was very poor they were rud and took for ever to wait on you. The stay was very disapointing.Would not recemend this hotel.

The hotel wasn't bad but it was kind of a ghetto place. The staff was very good, the pool was excellent when it wasn't full, and it was very easy to find. The bad thing was it was pretty ghetto. I couldn't even get pizza delivered after dark because no places would deliver there. There was people hanging out in the pool area and on different levels at all hours of the night.

THIS PLACE IS NOT AS PICTURED! WE CANCELLED OUR STAY BECAUSE THE ROOMS WERE FILTHY AND YOU DID NOT FEEL SAFE TO WALK THROUGH THE HOTEL. [*] THE GAMES WERE ALL BROKE. THERE WAS TRASH UNDER OUR BED. THE BATHROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED. THE MATTRESS WAS A BOX SPRING AND THERE WAS NO AIR CONDITION IN THE HOTEL EXCEPT YOUR ROOM.ICE MACHINES DID NOT WORK. THE STAFF (3 PEOPLE) WERE COMPLETELY RUDE. THIS IS A ROOM FOR SOMEONE WHO IS NEAR HOMELESS AND TRAVELING THROUGH WITH NO CASH. WOULD HAVE RATHER SLEPT IN OUR CAR. [...] DO NOT PLAN A VACATION AND HOPE TO GET A DEAL AND SAVE A FEW BUCKS HERE! YOU WILL BE VERY UPSET! SCARY PLACE FOR CHILDREN! [...]

I didn't end up even staying at this hotel because our rooms were so disgusting. They looked liked they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The bathroom was also very dirty. Our sheets were ripped and no lamp shades on the lamps. It was like they put us in a closet. I will never stay at this hotel and will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone else.

hotel manager was hitten on me. the hotel was filthy dirty, and it was a horrible location.

The expeience my family had was terrible. The hotel was of low quality. First, my wife and I noticed that they rent rooms by the month; which can lead to questionable people wondering around the property. Second, after being in the room we noticed, no smoke detector, cigar butts under the bed along with other trash, our bed sheets barely covered the matress, and masking tape covering holes in the wall. Then, we noticed the roof was leaking into the pool and recreation area. My wife and I really felt it wasn't a safe place for our family to be in and cancelled our reservation for the next night. i could not find the fitness room...then i peeked through a window blind of a locked room to see dusty equipment. the hot tub was colder than the pool. the maintenance worker pretended to be surprised. in the morning there was no continental breakfast. the front desk worker said, "there's a coffee pot in your room, we have no breakfast today." they had no breakfast for the next two days either. on my last morning there, when i picked up my shoe to finish getting dressed, a roach crawled out of it. i went to the desk to checkout on my way to my meeting, but no one was at the desk. i tried to call from my cell phone, but no one answered the phone. finally, i was able to get someone to answer around 11 am who let me check out over the phone. professional? hardly. super 8 would have been better.
