Nice Place
I ended up staying at this hotel for one night and had a great time there. the people were friendly, the room was great, i loved the indoor pool, and everything in between :) one thing i thougt was great is that i checked in a room eariler that day but changed my mind on what floor i wanted to be on and the staff changed it without getting attitude or anything. great service.

I paid for what I got
Overall it was fine. The room was dirty when we got there, it still had garbage in the garbage can in the bathroom, dust bad on the night stands and cobwebs/dust webs on the curtains. Bathroom was probably the dirtiest. My son found a lighter in the chair. Pool was great, friendly staff. Price was very reasonable that is why I wont complain about the cleanliness..you get what you pay for right?

a little overpriced
Its a beautiful hotel... very nice staff- but the pool was overdue for a cleaning - green all around the edges- breakfest was WAY overpriced! the food was not worth the price. Also a LONG black piece of hair in the bathroom tub. Overall my family enjoyed our stay!

"Truly Home Away From Home"
I really dont know where to begin but just let me say that from the moment I stepped into the hotel I felt like I was right at home. Whether its the great customer service at the front desk or the friendliness of the staff in the restaurants you will feel welcome and right at home.

Great hotel - Reasonably priced
It was a short trip and my stay was for one night only. The front desk staffs were friendly and professional. The hotel hall is large and welcoming. The room was clean, worm and quiet.

not easy access to interstate
We were able to get a shuttle to the airport from the hotel and leave our car there which was great because we didn't have to pay parking at the airport. The only problem we had was when it was time for the airport shuttle to pick us up at the airport, we had to wait over 45 minutes for a ride to back to our car.

Good Value -
The staff, including shuttle drivers, was very friendly and helpful. Note that it takes ~1 hour to get to downtown St. Louis from this hotel. If you don't mind the extra time, it is very convenient. Beware, room service stops at 11 pm. However, Domino's does deliver and the hotel staff is more than willing to give you the phone number.

Sleepin' on clouds
The window in the hotel needed some up keeping. The wallpaper was a little nasty around it and it did not have a good seal. On the other hand. The bed is worth it all!!!
