Graduation trip
The hotel was fabulous. All the employees were very helpful and courteous at all times. It was close to the airport and all the venues we needed to attend.We were on the 7th floor called the quiet floor which means no screaming little ones. 5 stars from us on this trip. Will definately stay here again if we need to visit our family again.

Very nice hotel that is affordable
This was a nice hotel with an upscale look/feel. Everyone was friendly and their amenities were great. The only drawbacks were location (you can only go south from the hotel so takes a little bit to get used to for coming and going) and walls are not very sound proof (I am a light sleeper so I hear even the little things). Overall worth the $90 I spent.

Dirty room
We arrived at the hotel, everything appeared to be okay. We go to eat, come back to the hotel room, start to notice some unsightly things. The toilet seat had urine and stains all over it. Obviously had not been cleaned, We decide to pull back the covers on the bed to check things out, hairs all over the sheet and "mystery" stains...disgusting. There was no bag for the ice, the knob was missing for the desk drawer, oh and can't forget the blood on the pillow case. Now I did call the hotel manager that was on duty and he did a few things to accommodate us, so that was nice, but everything he said he did he did not do.

Nice amenities
Nice amenities here- good pool and hot tub, nice work out facilities. The Fridays that is connected to the hotel was very convenient. The only thing I would say could use some improvement is the beds- they weren't all that comfortable. Sagging and not firm at all.

Disappointing
Love the TGIF that is onsite. We have stayed here several different times and this time was disappointing. There was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door, one of the glasses was not cleaned and the room was musty smelling like nobody had stirred the air in there in quite some time.

Crowne Plaza Hotel
Went to Supercross in St. Louis and stayed at the Crowne Plaze one night over the weekend. Was a great distance from the dome and the room was very clean. Room was ready for an early check-in and check-out time was reasonable! Overall experience was great, and will definitely be back next year!

disappointed
The pool and Fridays was great but the rooms were a huge disappointment. Leaking ceiling in the bathroom so we had to switch rooms to another room in which everything seemed to be falling apart.$9 for internet, no free breakfast.
